Definitions

‘Backhand Club’, ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ refer to Backhand Club Ltd. ‘Member’, ‘guest’ and ‘you’ refer to the person making or participating in the booking. ‘Drop’ means a specific retreat or event operated by Backhand Club.

02.

Eligibility

The lead booker confirms they are at least 18 years old and have authority to make the booking for everyone included.

03.

Booking Process

A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and Backhand Club has issued written confirmation.

04.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £99 per person is required to secure every booking. The deposit is deducted from the total holiday price but will not be refunded if the customer cancels, except where required by law.

05.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date. If payment is not received by the deadline, Backhand Club may cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

06.

Prices

Prices include only the services listed on the booking confirmation. Anything not expressly included is excluded.

07.

Customer Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Any refund of payments beyond the non-refundable deposit will be subject to the cancellation policy applicable to that Drop.

08.

Changes by Backhand Club

We may make reasonable changes where necessary for operational, safety or supplier reasons. Significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

All members are strongly encouraged, and may be required depending on the Drop, to obtain suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and sporting activities.

11.

Liability

Backhand Club’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

12.
