01.

Respect for Others

Treat every participant, coach, venue employee and local partner with courtesy, dignity and respect. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

02.

Respect Yourself

Play padel in the spirit of fair competition. Respect opponents, partners, coaches and officials, encourage others and contribute to a positive atmosphere both on and off the court.

03.

Sportsmanship

Behave responsibly throughout the Drop. Participants are expected to act professionally, considerately and in a manner that reflects positively on the Backhand Club community.

04.

Personal Conduct

Follow all reasonable instructions provided by coaches, venue staff and Backhand Club representatives. Report injuries, accidents, unsafe conditions or concerns without delay.

05.

Health & Safety

Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. Participants must not attend coaching sessions, matches or organised activities while impaired by alcohol or illegal substances.

06.

Alcohol & Illegal Substances

08.

Privacy & Photography

Observe local laws, customs and cultural expectations. Help preserve the destinations we visit by behaving responsibly and minimising environmental impact.

09.

Respect for Local Communities

Backhand Club reserves the right to issue warnings, restrict participation in activities or remove a participant from a Drop without refund where behaviour presents a safety risk, causes serious disruption or significantly impacts the experience of others.

10.

Breaches of this Code

Backhand Club is committed to building a welcoming community where people can improve their padel, discover new destinations and build meaningful friendships. Every participant contributes to that experience through their behaviour.
