Refund Schedule
£99 Deposit
The £99 deposit payable at the time of booking is non-refundable under all circumstances, except where a refund is required by law.
More than 60 days before the Drop start date
You will receive a full refund of all monies paid, excluding the £99 non-refundable deposit.
Between 30 and 60 days before the Drop start date
You will receive a refund of 50% of all monies paid, excluding the £99 non-refundable deposit.
Within 30 days of the Drop start date
No refund will be payable.

Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of £99 per person is required to secure every booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
03.
Cancellation by the Member
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be calculated according to the refund schedule above.
04.
Future Drop Credit
Backhand Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer a transfer to a future Drop or a credit voucher instead of a cash refund where appropriate. Any such offer is entirely at Backhand Club’s discretion and does not create an entitlement for future bookings.
05.
Replacement Participants
Subject to operational requirements, Backhand Club may permit a booking to be transferred to another suitable participant. Additional supplier charges may apply.
06.
Cancellation by Backhand Club
If Backhand Club cancels a Drop before departure due to operational reasons or circumstances within our control, members will be offered either a full refund of all monies paid to Backhand Club or the option to transfer their booking to another available Drop.
07.
Changes to a Drop
Hotels, coaches, venues or itineraries may occasionally need to change. Where possible, comparable alternatives will be provided and members will be informed promptly.
08.
Force Majeure
Backhand Club is not responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from extraordinary events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions or similar circumstances.
09.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method within 14 days, unless a different period is required by law.
